Listening first, then care

Everyone arrives with their own story, their own pain, their own pace. Chantal starts by hearing what you're going through. Then she looks at the whole body, not just the spot that hurts. Trust, listening and openness sit at the centre of every visit.

A career built around the body in motion

  • Qualified osteopath since 2008: B.Sc. (Hons) in Osteopathic Sciences from the University of Wales (UK), completed through the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques (CEO) in Montréal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Dance from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), in performance and creation.
  • About ten years as a massage therapist.
  • Taught physiology, anatomy and Swedish massage at a massage therapy school.
  • Taught creative dance for children, dance fitness and tango; she now teaches stretching classes.
  • Ongoing continuing education in osteopathy, to meet her patients' varied needs.

She keeps moving too

Ballet, yoga, Pilates and running are all part of her routine. That practice sharpens her understanding of how bodies move. Her background in physical training turns into simple, usable advice. Small tools to fit into your day, between sessions.

The whole person, not only the pain

She looks at how each part of you affects the rest. Her goal: help the body's structures regain their mobility. So you can move more freely, day to day.
